Quite possibly the best return policy in the world.
We want to make your shopping experience with us fun and completely stress-free, which is why you can always return any item for any reason and entirely for free.
For starters, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to change your mind (not from date of purchase which would be unfair to our international customers).
If you decide to return a purchase, we will arrange for someone to pick up the item for free. For international customers, we will arrange return shipping also for free.
When we receive the item back and it has been verified, we will refund you in full via your original payment method (ie, credit your credit/debit card or credit PayPal).
That's a real refund, not store credit! Your complete satisfaction or your money cheerfully refunded.
A few important notes:
- If you want to return an item, you must notify us within seven days of delivery. We cannot make any exceptions after that because the seller gets paid out on the eighth day.
- Once you have notified us, you must complete the return within seven days of notification. For local customers, 'complete' means that our our free local courier has collected the item. For international customers, 'complete' means our free international courier (eg, DHL, FedEx) has collected the item.
- We can only accept the return of items that are in the same condition as they were sent out, that still have all the original tags attached and are returned with original packaging.
- Items sold at discounts during our sales periods are not refundable or exchangeable.
- Import duties and taxes that may be levied on international orders are not collected by us and will therefore not be refunded by us.
- If a return is because you were unwilling to pay the duty and tax of your country, we will deduct the two-way shipping cost from your order.
