We are an online business and we've designed our policies to make purchasing from us completely risk-free:

(a) we deliver / ship* to you for free
(b) you have 7 days from delivery to change your mind for any reason
(c) we collect / ship* returns for free
(d) we refund you immediately and in full
*for international orders shipping both ways is also free

Some common concerns:

Are you worried about fit? Purchase from us, try it on at home and send it back for free for a full and immediate refund.

Are you worried about condition? Purchase from us, inspect it yourself at home and send it back for free for a full and immediate refund.

First time you order and not sure you can trust us? Look up our reviews online and see what other people are saying about our service.

Your friend said you can make an appointment? As a young business, we used to allow customers to visit by appointment while we built up a trusted reputation, but we don't anymore because:

(a) our offices are not designed to provide the kind of smooth and elegant customer experience that we provide online (eg, there is no changing room!)
(b) although we've always enjoyed meeting our customers and putting a face to a name, it's pretty disruptive to our work flow, which in turn delays or interferes with the service to all our other customers
(c) we believe in providing service that is the same for all customers and all products; as we grow, we can't accept an equally growing number of appointment requests
(d) we also had a significant number of no-shows which is never fun


We have two big sales events each year during which you can enjoy additional discounts of -20% to -50% (more info on our sales). During the sales, however, sale items are not returnable and not refundable.

The deal is that we're making space for our new arrivals so we're offering merchandise at big discounts to clear it, but the lower prices don't include all the regular price privileges - fair's fair!

We also still can't accommodate viewing in person, but this time it's also because the high volume of orders we get would not be manageable if even a small portion of customers asked to view items in advance.

While you may not be able to return sale items, there's a lot of things you can do to not miss our killer deals:

(a) unlike many other online businesses, all of our stock is on-hand and ready to ship, so we can take additional pictures of anything you want and send them to you
(b) we can also take and send detailed measurements of anything you need such as shoe insoles, pant waist or anything else that you may be unsure of or that is not included in the detailed description
(c) keep in mind that even if you can't return a sale item, you can always relist it for sale with us, and nothing prevents you from relisting the item at a higher price
(d) alternatively, you can avoid all of the hassle and request to purchase the item at the non-sale price which comes with our usual 7-day return, free return pickup and full refund policy and therefore no risk

High Value Items

We recognize that we also sell some very high value items and collector pieces that may require a special level of care and due diligence. If you are contemplating one of these exceptional items, please use the chat function in the lower right hand corner of your screen to let us know and we'll be happy to discuss special arrangements.
