We have a very generous international return policy - quite possibly the best in the world - which is completely free and includes the cost of international return shipping.

But we apply it strictly. Out of fairness to all customers, no exceptions will be made for any customers.

If you want to return an item, you must notify us within seven days of delivery.

You have 7 days from actually receiving an item to decide it your want to keep it or not. Delivery is the date of delivery given to us by the international courier.

Once you have notified us, you must complete the return within seven days of.

For international customers, 'complete' means that the international courier (eg, DHL, FedEx) has collected the item.

We will only accept the return of items that are in the same condition as they were sent out.

This means that the item(s) still have all the original tags attached and are returned with original packaging. Items must not be damaged, soiled or altered.

Items sold at discounts during our sales periods are not refundable or exchangeable.

If you want to buy an item that is on sale but want to be able to return the item, you have to pay the non-sale price. Please contact us via the chat to make arrangements.

Import duties and taxes of your country are not our responsibility.

Duty and tax may be levied on international orders by the destination country are not collected by us and will therefore not be refunded by us.

Unwillingness to pay duty and tax is not covered under our return and refund policy.

If a return is due to unwillingness to pay the duty and tax of your country, this will be considered a failed delivery and we will deduct the two-way shipping cost from your order, as well as any other costs incurred by us in the process and any applicable fees under our buyer's terms.
