Our standard collection timing is weekdays either from 10am-2pm or 2pm-6pm. These time slots are fixed.
If you need a custom collection slot or special timing, a $20 surcharge is applicable. Let our staff know during the collection scheduling process and they will instruct you on how to process the payment.
Once you let us know what you'd like to return, our fulfilment team will email you with the next available collection slot for your confirmation.
Your confirmation must be received by midnight on the day before the scheduled delivery, otherwise it will be rescheduled the following day and require a new confirmation.
Please note: if you are not present at the mutually convened time when the courier attempts to collect your order, the collection will be deemed to have failed and a $20 re-collection fee will apply.
