[NOTE: we are launching a new instalment payment function in September 2018 that will make this much easier. Stay tuned!]
Here's how it currently works:
Instalments are handled by your credit card issuing bank, not us. We are happy to provide information, but the arrangement is between you and them.
Instalment plans usually allow you to spread your payment over 3, 6 or 12 months. The issuer (not us) usually charges a fee of 3-5% for this service.
Note: some credit cards offer this service for free, such as the UOB Lady's Card and Lady's Platinum Card.
For your convenience , we have put together information for some of the major issuers in Singapore and Malaysia [click here], but other issuers may also offer this service.
You purchase for $1,000 and convert to a 6-month instalment plan
Your issuer charges 3% fee ($30)
You pay in 6 equal monthly instalments of $167
Total cost to you would be $1,030
